Dr. Crystal Chang grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in
Molecular and Cellular biology. She pursued her dental doctoral degree from the University of California,
San Francisco and was inducted into the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Chang
then spent an additional year in advanced hospital dentistry training at Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto. She
constantly challenges herself with continuing education courses and journal clubs in order to provide the
best care for her parents.
Dr. Chang serves as a clinical professor at Stanford Health Center and maintains hospital privileges. She is
certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Dr. Chang is an active member of the California Dental
Association and Mid-Peninsula Dental Society. In her spare time, she is an active volunteer at local dental
outreach events and mission trips.
